ACTIVResilience provides not only customer site equipment backup, but it uses different network service provider connections to ensure that problems in one service providers network will not dramatically impact the customers site.

Activator UK can now offer a full range of automated backup solutions as part of a managed service, including equipment, circuits and proactive monitoring and management including:

• Leased line backup using WiMax
• Leased line backup using broadband
• BT broadband backed up by non BT broadband circuits
• Broadband backed up by business 3G data services

With each type of service we can off different levels of backup depending on the criticality of the business connections including:

• Fully automatic hardware and circuit backup, with proactive management
• Fully automatic circuit backup, with manual hardware backup and proactive management
• Out of band managed using either ISDN or 3G to control the customer site router

All of our managed services are backed by next business day replacement of the customer site router equipment.
