ACTIVMonitor - Out of band management of leased line or broadband circuits
The vast majority of broadband circuit outages are related to problems in the core of the BT or ISP networks. Probably 70% of network connectivity problems can be addressed by accessing the customer site router to carryout diagnostic tests. ACTIVMonitor provides a dedicated 3G access device to connect into the broadband or leased line router. The 3G data usage is low making this a very cost effective solution to quickly re-establishing broadband connectivity.
